We are recruiting a highly successful and reputable Technology business seeking an FP&A Director. You will operate at a strategic level across all functions and be an integral part of the Senior Leadership team. The ideal candidate is an accomplished leader capable of influencing at the highest level, reporting to the CFO, partnering with senior leadership, and having significant exposure to the board and shareholders.

The business is experiencing rapid expansion, building on impressive growth. Your role will involve driving business performance, leading FP&A initiatives, supporting M&A activities, and driving the finance agenda across all operations. You will ensure informed decision-making, cost control, and productive evaluation of initiatives.

You will lead the delivery of FP&A functions, including management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, financial modeling, and corporate planning. Your team provides the CFO, board, and shareholders with essential financial insights. The role involves significant ad-hoc analysis and project work for the CEO and CFO, along with system and process improvements at a senior level.
