Key Responsibilities:- Record interest and other cash and non-cash activity
- Perform monthly, quarterly and annual closing procedures
- Track loans across the portfolio
- Manage and work closely with third party admin providers
- Internal and external reporting packages
- Assist with all fund related activities including: capital calls, distributions, requests for information, and maintaining accounting, tax and subsidiary records
- Provide reconciliations monthly, quarterly, and annually to entries for internal reporting and for the year-end audit
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance
- CPA or CPA in process required
- 4+ years of relevant experience working for or auditing Private Equity Funds, Real Estate or Debt Funds
