• ingWork under the leadership of the CFO to conduct and manage daily accounting tasks, including, but not exclusively, accounts payable, expenses payable, and the general ledg

  Manage company accounts payable, including vendor management, credit cards, and employee reimburse men

  Provide monthly and ad-hoc reporting to internal stakeholders and team lea

  Assist with financial statement audits, including responding to request lists quickly and maintaining accounting files in a manner conducive to outside aud

  Assist with month-end close, including general ledger entries and reconciliatio

  Assist with treasury needs, including check deposits, positive pay records, and reconciliatio
• ns.
  
  Manage data entry, filing, and associated tracking of Livefront asse

  Assist with documentation of policies and procedures, including regular maintenance and updat

• 3+ years of experience in an accounting role on a small
• team.
  
  Thorough understanding of GAAP standards and regulat
• ions.
  
  Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and proced

  Experience creating financial statem
• ents.
  
  Experience with Quick Books and other accounting software platforms.
  
  High proficiency in both Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including formulas, functions, and data anal
