What You’ll Work On
  • Lead and coordinate cross‑departmental projects from planning through completion
  • Evaluate space planning options, operational initiatives, and business proposals
  • Support major company wide initiatives such as office openings, relocations, and strategic expansions
  • Build financial models, cost/benefit analyses, and profitability assessments to guide leadership decisions
  • Assist with vendor evaluations, contract reviews, and pricing analysis
  • Contribute to sustainability and operational reporting through data gathering and interpretation
  • Participate in the annual capital planning process and long‑range projections
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and document improved workflows
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3–5 years in public accounting required (audit or tax) or experience in FP&A at a large company - with strong analytical and project management exposure
  • Ability to translate data into insights for business decisions
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong communication abilities and comfort working with stakeholders at all levels
