- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5 years in public accounting required (audit or tax) or experience in FP&A at a large company - with strong analytical and project management exposure
- Ability to translate data into insights for business decisions
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong communication abilities and comfort working with stakeholders at all levels
