We are a full-service fund administrator and CPA firm. We specialize in fund accounting, financial reporting, investor services, tax preparation, performance reporting, verification services, AML and KYC procedures, cash disbursement services, and all other aspects of fund administration for hedge funds, private equity funds, real estate partnerships, fund of funds, CTAs, CPOs, FCMs, and IBs.

Located in the heart of Chicago Financial District, our growing team is composed of CPAs, MBAs, MSTs, and CFAs with average industry specific experience of 15 plus years. We currently serve a wide variety of clients in multiple reporting jurisdictions with various regulatory coverage. Our staff’s expertise offers solutions to make the clients’ accounting and administrative side less taxing, so our clients can focus their efforts on running their businesses successfully.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, accounting workpaper packages and investor reporting packages.
• Calculate management fees, carried interest/waterfall calculations, and manage subsequent closes including computing interest to/from investors.
• Compile capital calls and distribution calculations and prepare capital call and distributions statements.
• Co‑ordinate with the clients’ external auditors and tax providers to assist with the year-end audits and tax return information.
