Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Elgin, IL (Fully Onsite)
Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 per year
Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join our clients team onsite. This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for driving data-informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial or analytical role
• Experience with in manufacturing is a must
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, onsite environment
