Salary: $130,000 – $150,000

Our client, a leading organization in the Western Chicago suburbs, is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to drive financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision support. This hybrid role offers an opportunity to influence business performance through data-driven insights and forecasting.

• Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Provide actionable insights to senior leadership to support strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and growth opportunities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for executive review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational objectives.
• Utilize Onstream for reporting and analytics (highly desired).

• 6+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A responsibilities.
• Industry experience in manufacturing required
• Strong analytical and modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with One Stream is highly desired.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
