Team One Credit Unionis seeking a full-time Member Solutions Specialist. This full-time position operates in a primarily hybrid-remote capacity after a period of in person training, with minimum once monthly onsite reporting to the closest local branch office.
Key Responsibilities- Demonstrate ability to explain dividend and interest rate concepts for deposit and loan products.
- Assisting members with banking needs via remote channels such as telephone, live chat, and Interactive Teller Machines
- Possess basic knowledge of lending products and underwriting principles, promoting Credit Union products and services via member education & referrals.
- Exhibit good understanding of IRAs and deferred compensation.
- Effectively determine members’ financial needs, being proactive in recognizing and acting upon sales opportunities.
- Contribute to departmental compliance, ensuring consistency and accuracy by adhering to policies and procedures.
- Approve checking accounts and check cards when appropriate.
- Provide enhanced member technical support and device troubleshooting for member facing electronic services, including mobile and desktop platform support.
- Credit Union/Banking background (preferred)
- Familiarity with CU/Banking core platform software and Docu Sign systems (preferred)
- Work history which demonstrates knowledge of multiple Credit Union/Banking departments
- Proven record of being self-driven and successful while working independently
- Ability to multi-task and quickly move from one assignment to another
- Willingness to work Monday – Friday and be included in Saturday shift rotation
- Capacity to display patience with technology-challenged members and staff
- Display professionalism while being friendly and approachable
Starting wage will be dependent upon multiple factors including skills and experience
