Billing Analyst

Daniels Health seeks an exceptional billing analyst to ensure accuracy of customer invoicing. This is an excellent opportunity to develop accounting and finance experience in a fast‑paced, dynamic company. The selected person will be enthusiastic, hard‑working, promo table, and team oriented.

Daniels is a large international business with operations across Australia, South Africa, United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States. Operational activities include transport, manufacturing and distribution of products, and the treatment of healthcare waste. Daniels is a highly recognised brand in the healthcare space and, due to the growth of the Company, is looking to grow the billing team.

• Timely and accurately process customer invoices for services performed and accessories sold, as well as invoices involving complex billing structures involving multiple entities.
• Identify and process billing adjustments in a timely manner.
• Gather and summarise supplemental billing information to accommodate customer billing requirements.
• Work directly with customers to provide summary reporting on a monthly basis.
• Analyse customer contracts and system setup to ensure billing accuracy and determine the need for adjustments.
• Monitor customer phone call and e‑mail queue, including answering and addressing billing‑related customer questions and/or complaints associated with invoicing.
• Create Salesforce work tickets/cases and forward to applicable departments if unable to address customer queries.
• Provide timely customer service to customers via phone and e‑mail.
• Collaborate with collections, sales, and plants to research and resolve customer billing questions.

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• Highly organised with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient data‑entry skills; high number of words per minute.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Sharp eye for detail.
• Ability to use numerous software applications at any given point.
• Easy to adopt change.
