** Job Description
** Vice Presidents in the Industrials Group play a central leadership role in both client execution and new business development. You will work primarily on M&A sell side transactions and be given meaningful responsibility, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the franchise.## ## ## ##

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the preparation and analysis of historical and projected financial information
* Oversee financial modeling, valuation analyses, and transaction structuring
* Manage due diligence processes and coordinate transaction execution teams
* Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, and marketing materials
* Support new business development initiatives, including pitch creation and client strategy development
* Maintain active communication with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisors
* Mentor and supervise junior team members while ensuring high-quality analytical output## ## ## ## Qualifications
* 5+ years of relevant investment banking experience or MBA graduates with at least 4 years of investment banking experience
* Strong knowledge of accounting, valuation methodologies, and applied financial theory
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead teams and interact effectively with senior stakeholders
* Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and interested in building long-term client relationships
* Academic or professional training in finance, accounting, or related disciplines strongly preferred
