* What You’ll Do:
** The Retail Administration team is responsible for supporting the retail banking mission of delivering superior financial results and best-in-class customer service. The Retail Administration Manager will support this goal by representing the interest of retail banking on a variety of projects and initiatives to create an environment that maximizes employee productivity and the effective and efficient operation of the retail banking line of business.
** Responsibilities:
** Represent the retail banking line of business for organizational initiatives
* Support business process improvement and operational projects
* Support the development of strategic sales initiatives
* Champion initiatives with the retail banking teams and stakeholders
Act as a trusted advisor to various business groups
* Consult and review retail banking procedures created by corporate operations
* Consult and review retail banking training content created by the learning and development
* Recommend solutions to internal and external business partners
* Participate in testing activities for retail banking products and processes
* Support the execution of initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Provide administrative support for various departmental functions
* Review various operational reports and coordinate necessary actions with impacted banks
* Maintain and enhance the retail banking SharePoint site
* Support the annual banker and teller risk reviews and certifications

* Qualifications:
*** 10+ years of Retail Banking experience required including some managerial experience
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication skills required
* Demonstrates leadership and accountability
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and support change willingly
* Strong interpersonal skills needed to work with all levels of management and business partners
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively while adjusting to evolving priorities
* Merger and acquisition/bank conversion experience preferred
* Experience working with multiple business lines and corporate functions preferred

** Compensation:
** The estimated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and experience.#LI-KP1
