Description Job OverviewThe Revenue Audit Supervisor reports to the Revenue Audit Manager and assists in providing direction and troubleshooting in daily audits, supervising clerical staff, and assists in ensuring all audit programs are completed daily. The Revenue Audit Supervisor performs numerous audit and financial reporting functions, including preparation of journal entries, auditing functions, and recording financial information.

Duties and Responsibilities- Assists in developing revenue audit checklists while addressing MICS and IC
- Follows revenue auditor's daily checklists to ensure all daily revenue audit steps have been completed
- Reconciles any errors and records corrections using proper documentation
- Reviews and follows up on audit exceptions issued by clerks
- Assists in updating/reviewing the Flash Report daily
- Assists in training, assessing, and reviewing the job performance of subordinates
- Assists in managing schedules and duties of revenue auditors
- Schedules and coordinates recurring functions such as month‑end inventory counts/observations and testing/verifying casino games
- Assists with/as independent auditors and internal auditors, as required
- Completes necessary/assigned reports in a timely manner to meet deadlines
- Ensures compliance with all IGB and internal procedures are followed
- Adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and casino policies and procedures
- Ensures that all revenue‑related documents are safeguarded
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

- High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within 6 months from start date as a condition of continued employment
- Must be twenty‑one (21) years of age or older
- Associate’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Related field –
required - OR Two (2) years’ Supervisory experience –
required - OR One (1) year experience as a Dual‑Rate Supervisor in a PCI Gaming Department –
required - OR Two (2) years’ experience in the hiring position’s Department –
required - One (1) year of casino auditing experience –
required - Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with casino revenue reporting systems required, SDS, CMP, Opera, and Info Genesis – preferred
- Willing to work odd and irregular hours including nights, holidays and weekends
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time and view information displayed on a computer screen
- Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items while working at assigned desk area
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
- Must have an Occupational License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) pursuant to the Illinois Gaming Act and remain in good standing with the Illinois Gaming Board as a requirement for this position
- Pay range - $22.40 - $27.60 (The base pay will depend on factors such as experience level and skill set.)
