Key Responsibilities
  • Support senior advisers with research, strategy development, and implementation.
  • Prepare advice documents (e.g., SoAs/ROAs) and maintain high compliance standards.
  • Engage with clients—fact‑finding, reviews, follow‑ups—and deliver exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with Client Services and Paraplanning to streamline processes and improve client outcomes.
About You
  • Currently studying or recently completed an ASIC‑approved financial planning qualification (or equivalent).
  • Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail.
  • A growth mindset—curious, proactive, and open to feedback.
  • Passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and building a long‑term career in advice.
  • Australian citizenship required for this position.
Eligibility to Commence the Professional Year (PY)
  • Completion of an ASIC‑approved financial planning degree (or equivalent).
  • Employed and supervised within an AFS licensee.
  • ASIC Financial Adviser Exam to be passed by the end of PY Quarter 2 (you may sit it before or during the PY).
  • Provisional relevant provider status begins in Quarter 3 once authorised.
  • (If you’re still studying, you can start with us in Client Services or Paraplanning and progress into PY once eligible.)
