The organization is seeking a hands‑on Controller to lead core accounting operations, strengthen financial infrastructure, and support a scaling business. This role is ideal for a finance leader who thrives in an on‑site, fast‑paced manufacturing environment and wants to play a key role in operational and strategic decision‑making.

• Lead the month‑end close process and prepare financial reporting
• Manage daily accounting operations including general ledger, treasury, and liquidity
• Oversee Accounts Payable and billing functions while maintaining strong vendor and customer relationships
• Lead, mentor, and develop a four‑person AP/AR team
• Manage sales and use tax compliance and filings

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Manufacturing industry experience
• Exposure to private equity environments
