We’re launching anew futures Introducing Broker (IB)focused on both retail and professional traders. Our IB will leverage theinfrastructure, technology, and brand reputationof our profitable proprietary trading firm to deliver abest-in-class customer experienceand amodern brokerage model.

As theHead of Brokerage Operations, you’ll lead theoperational, regulatory, and technical buildoutof the IB. This is aground-floor leadership rolewith full ownership over establishing compliant systems, teams, and procedures underCFTC and NFA standards, while designing scalable, tech-forward operations from day one.

• Serve as the firm’sPrincipal and Associated Person (AP)under NFA/CFTC registration (Series 3 and 30 licenses required).
• Develop and maintainWritten Supervisory Procedures (WSPs).
• Oversee all regulatory programs, includingAML/KYC, trade surveillance, financial reporting, andbusiness continuity (BCP).
• Coordinate with clearingFCM(s)to ensure all give-up agreements, data feeds, and workflows meet compliance standards.
• Collaborate with theFINOPto superviseForm 1-FR-IB filingsand annual audits.
• Partner with theCCOto overseeNFA examinations.

• Architect the operational backbone for aretail-facing futures broker, covering account onboarding, trade reconciliation, and customer service protocols.
• Select, integrate, and manageclearing interfaces, OMS/EMS platforms, compliance systems, andback-office automation tools.
• Build and lead ahigh-performing operations teamcapable of scaling to thousands of active accounts.

• Work with the FINOP to ensure compliance withCFTC Regulation 1.10(financial and net-capital requirements).
• Maintain robust reconciliation, segregation, and reporting procedures for customer transactions.
• Manage firm-widerisk and control frameworkscovering operational and financial exposures.

• Support technology development to deliverbest-in-class toolsfor retail customers and enhance sales and marketing initiatives.
• Source and establish newclearing relationships, technology partnerships, andretail marketing channelsto drive growth.
• Contribute toeducational and promotional contentcompliant withNFA Rule 2-29.
• Champion a culture ofintegrity, transparency, and client-first service.

• 10+ yearsof brokerage operations experience — ideally launching or scaling anNFA/CFTC-regulated Introducing BrokerorFINRA-regulated Broker-Dealer.
• Deep knowledge ofCFTC and NFA complianceand audit processes.
• Series 3 and Series 30 licenses(or ability to obtain within 120 days).

• Series 7, 57, 99, or 24 licenses.
• Proven track record ofbuilding brokerage operations, compliance, andtech infrastructurefrom the ground up.
• Hands-on leaderwith strong communication skills and a growth mindset.
• Technical fluency inclearing systems, order routing, and regulatory APIs.
• Bachelor’s degree required;MBA or advanced degreepreferred.
