Senior Credit Analyst

Demonstrates ability to independently manage complex, competing priorities and communicate well.

Ensures tasks are completed to support industry, financial, and risk assessment analysis.

Discusses questions with more senior credit staff and/or Borrower if follow-up information is needed.

Presents recommendations to more senior credit staff for resolving situations and exercises independent judgement.

Independently prepares drafts of certain sections of the credit memo for more senior credit staff to review.

Consistently provides clear guidance and requests for information to external customers, with limited direction and on increasingly complex tasks. more senior credit staff about key issues that could Perform other duties as may be deemed necessary. Bachelor’s degree in related field OR equivalent related experience and 3 years of professional experience, with 2 years of relevant commercial lending experience preferred.  Self-motivated, self-starter with a keen attention to detail, ability to effectively organize and prioritize work.

Ability to learn new information quickly and apply such learnings

Strong technical aptitude to learn new systems, proficiency in Excel and Word Ability and willingness to work beyond normal work hours, as needed Ability to demonstrate Self-Help's Core Values:
