Tax Director

This is a key role in help leading the tax department, managing client relationships, and providing strategic tax planning and compliance services.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field;
Master's degree in taxation or CPA certification preferred.

• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax planning and compliance for individuals, businesses, and organizations.

• Strong technical expertise in federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations, with an emphasis on partnership taxation.

• Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively mentor, motivate, and develop staff.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues at all levels.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
