Responsibilities- Provide fiduciary administration support, including review of trust instruments, exercising trustee discretion, managing risk, and conducting periodic trust reviews.
- Support investment management accounts: coordinate opening and closing, handle money movements, and maintain account records.
- Engage with clients and prospects to build and transfer wealth aligned with their goals, delivering a high‑quality experience.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements for client accounts and portfolios.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by pursuing relationships with existing clients and prospects.
- Minimum five years of trust administration and estate planning experience.
- Technical expertise in trust administration, fiduciary law, and estate/wealth‑transfer planning.
- Knowledge of and adherence to compliance with policies, procedures, regulatory, and legal requirements.
- Ability to identify and cultivate new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
- Demonstrated initiative and proactive problem‑solving skills.
- Creative yet prudent approach to solutions within the bank’s risk/reward profile.
- Proven ability to close sales and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Strong people/partner communication skills and teamwork.
- High level of sophistication regarding high‑net‑worth client concerns/issues.
- Excellent communication skills for high‑net‑worth clients.
- Fiduciary professional with CTFA, CFP, AEP, JD, and/or CPA credentials.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience in a high‑net‑worth trust environment.

Pay range: $98,100.00 – $ annualized salary, based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive: eligible for the annual discretionary plan.
