Senior Financial Analyst

We’re partnering with a growing, privately held global food manufacturer. This Senior Financial Analyst role is newly created due to growth and offers high visibility, strong leadership exposure, and real career progression.

You’ll act as a finance business partner to the Sales team, driving forecasting accuracy, trade analysis, and customer-level insights in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

• Partner with Sales on forecasting, trade, and customer profitability
• Lead monthly variance analysis on volume, gross sales, and trade
• Prepare volume-price-mix (VPM) analysis for Finance leadership
• Support the month-end close activities in SAP
• Lead Trade Forecast Accuracy reviews and scorecards
• Build and present Customer P&Ls and promotional event analysis
• Drive automation and reporting improvements (Power BI exposure a plus)

• 4+ years of finance, accounting, or audit experience
• CPG, manufacturing, or commercial finance background preferred
• Experience partnering with Sales teams is a strong plus
• Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting
• Advanced Excel skills; strong communication and presentation ability
• Energetic, collaborative, and growth-oriented mindset
