• Support full‑cycle M&A transaction execution
  , Debt Advisory, and Special Situations.
• Build detailed financial models
  , including DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution, and comparable analyses.
• Develop high‑quality marketing materials
  , such as CIMs, management presentations, buyer lists, and pitch decks.
• Conduct in‑depth industry and company research
  , competitive benchmarking, and market analysis.
• Participate in due diligence processes by coordinating with clients, buyers, lenders, and other external advisors.
• Assist in managing project workflows, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth deal execution.
• Collaborate closely with senior bankers to support business development and new client pitches.

• 1-3 years of prior investment banking experience
  , ideally within a middle‑market or boutique platform.
• Demonstrated experience working on M&A transactions (closed deal experience preferred).
• Strong command of financial modeling
  , valuation methodologies, and analytical problem‑solving.
• Exceptional presentation
  , communication, and writing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously in a high‑intensity environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
