Accounting Analyst

Overview

Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr.

Chicago, IL.

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Chicago. This role is best suited for someone with a solid background in finance or accounting and a strong desire to contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic professional services environment. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience in a professional services firm or will have completed a structured rotational finance program with a minimum of three distinct rotations.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling efforts
• Analyze financial performance and identify key drivers of variances
• Support pricing strategy and contribute to the development of pricing models for client proposals and new business
• Collaborate with sales, business development, and operations teams to evaluate pricing options and profitability
• Assist with the development of financial dashboards and reporting enhancements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field
• Minimum GPA of 3.3 from an accredited institution
• At least two years of experience in a financial analysis role within a professional services company
• Alternatively, experience in a rotational finance program with at least three rotations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills
• Must currently live in the Chicago, IL area
• Must be able to work onsite 3 days per week
