Entry Level Financial Advisor

You'll build lasting client relationships, develop your expertise, and gain the flexibility to build businesses. Lakeshore Financial Group launched in 2016 and has grown rapidly since. We currently have offices in Chicago, Peoria, Roselle, and Oakbrook, and seven affiliated offices throughout Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan.

Our leadership team is fully dedicated to using their decades of experience to mentor and support new and experienced advisors, providing opportunities for collaboration, learning, and growth. Responsibilities:
• Partner with clients to develop customized financial plans and strategies best suited to individual client situations
• Develop and execute a business development plan to identify new clients to serve and support
• Serve as a collaborative team player willing to further development through continued training opportunities

Qualifications:

• Must possess an entrepreneurial spirit
• Must be ambitious and self-motivated
• Have excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
• A desire to grow within the financial services industry
• Must be willing to obtain a life/health insurance producers license Compensation: 35000 - 75000 yearly
