We are looking for an Accountant in our San Diego headquarters. This is a full-time, exempt, on-site position. The position will report to the Controller.

• General Ledger: Prepare journal entries, bank and account reconciliations.
• Payroll: Process bi-weekly payroll with ADP software.
• Accounts Receivables & Payables: Process customer and vendor invoices as needed. Calculate sales tax on customer invoices as applicable.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements (balance sheets, P&L, cash flow).
• Audit: Assist in preparation of audit schedules. Ensure adherence to internal controls and legal regulations.
• Leadership: Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Production, and Engineering, to meet manufacturing schedules and support cost control initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of progressive accounting experience with a strong understanding of US GAAP.
• Technical Proficiency: Microsoft Excel skills required. Hands-on experience with large ERP accounting software, preferred Net Suite.
