Hogsalt is looking for a full time Senior Financial Reporting Accountant to join our team!

We're looking for a detail-oriented Senior Financial Reporting Accountant to prepare financial statements, support audits, and develop financial models that drive decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, a track record of accurate reporting under deadlines, and close collaboration with leadership. You can expect to be onsite 4 days a week with one day remote.

Experience &

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA a plus)

* 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate accounting or financial reporting

* Proven experience preparing financial statements and supporting audits

* Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines

* Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP or financial systems (R365) a plus

* Public accounting experience is plus, but not required

* Experience in financial modeling and data-driven analysis

* Hospitality industry experience is a plus, but not required

Duties & Responsibilities:

* Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

* Coordinate with external auditors during audits and ensure audit-ready documentation

* Develop and maintain financial models to support reporting, forecasting, and decision-making

* Analyze financial results and provide insights to leadership on key trends and variances

* Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies

* Collaborate cross-functionally to support financial reporting deadlines and special projects

* Assist in process improvement initiatives to streamline reporting and analysis

* Report directly to Controllers on deliverables and timelines
