Financial Consultant, Financial Analyst
The ETF Product Development position will work directly with the team to help manage all ETF business relationships, including index providers, exchanges, sub-advisors, Market Makers, Authorized Participants, and distribution partners, and carry out the day-to-day operations of AAM’s ETF business.
Locations Available:
Manhattan, NY
- Drive product management including creation, launch and ongoing support.
- Oversee all aspects of the ETF process including sub-advisor oversight.
- Creates and maintain policies and procedures for ETF operations.
- Review of ETF offering documents, prospectuses, operating memorandums, and key fund documentation
- Create and maintain, Board and ETF committee material.
- Work closely with accounting, custody, administration, and compliance teams.
- Foster strong relationships with Authorized Participants, Market Makers and Broker Dealers while acting as an intermediary between liquidity providers and investors.
- Work to continue our efforts to automate and integrate tasks.
- Working knowledge of a wide variety of security types, including equities, bonds, FX and derivatives
- Awareness of regulatory and industry changes and how it impacts the business & operations
- Strong investment acumen and background specifically when it comes to ETFs, factor investing and asset allocation
- Motivated team player with strong interpersonal, organizational, & time management skills
- Strong technical skills required (Excel, Power Point, Access, Bloomberg, etc)

Education:
Bachelor's Degree required; CFA, MBA, CIMA, CAIA or advanced degree preferred - Required
Certifications:
FINRA Series 7 & 63 a plus - 3+ years of experience in the ETF ecosystem, specifically in a Product Development, Portfolio Management, Capital Markets or ETF Operations capacity
