OneStream Administrator

If you are an experienced One Stream professional who enjoys owning systems, improving finance processes, and partnering across teams, this role is for you.

We are looking for a Financial Systems Analyst to serve as the One Stream subject matter expert, supporting global reporting, consolidation, and forecasting in a US GAAP and SOX environment. You will sit at the intersection of finance and technology and play a visible role in how our finance teams operate worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Own and optimize the One Stream CPM platform, including security, metadata, rules, and performance.
• Support global consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close.
• Partner with Finance and IT on enhancements, troubleshooting, and ERP integrations.
• Build cube views, dashboards, and executive-ready reports.
• Document processes and train users to drive consistency and adoption.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on One Stream administration experience.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, consolidations, and planning.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with both technical and business teams.
• Nice to have:
  One Stream certification, SQL or , ERP experience.
