We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
** Cost Analyst
** to join our Finance team. This role is key to ensuring accurate cost data across our manufacturing operations and supporting business decisions through clear, actionable financial insights.
** About the job:
*** Analyze manufacturing and financial data to calculate accurate product costs, including materials, labor, and overhead.
* Develop and maintain standard cost models; assess the impact of engineering changes, new product launches, and process improvements.
* Record and review cost data; support month-end close, inventory valuation, and audit compliance.
* Prepare reports comparing projected vs. actual costs; identify variances and recommend actions to improve cost efficiency.
* Support process improvements by evaluating procedures and participating in cross-functional manufacturing initiatives.

* About you:

*** Bachelor’s or University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
* 2–5 years of experience in cost analysis or manufacturing finance
* Knowledge of manufacturing processes and cost accounting principles
* Experience in global manufacturing environments preferred
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* High attention to detail and data accuracy
