About the Role

We’re looking for a detail oriented Execution Services Analyst to support day to day trading operations across futures, equities, and options in a self clearing broker dealer and FCM environment. In this role, you’ll partner closely with clients and brokers to manage market access, connectivity, and the full spectrum of trading related issues. You will collaborate with Customers, Clearing, Technology, Compliance, and Risk to ensure accurate trade capture, timely clearing and settlement, effective exception management, and strict regulatory adherence across multiple markets and asset classes.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced operational environment, values precision and control, and enjoys driving continuous process improvements.

What You Will Do
  • Monitor real-time trade flow across various execution platforms to ensure all trades are captured accurately and timely.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve trade discrepancies between front-office systems and clearing before market settlement.
  • Ensure daily accuracy and timely submission of regulatory reports, including but not limited to CAT (Consolidated Audit Trail) and ESMA/MiFID II transaction reporting.
  • Assist Compliance during internal and external audits by providing trade data, workflow documentation, and evidence of controls.
  • Maintain platform risk controls in alignment with regulatory standards; monitor automated alerts and collaborate with Risk to address intraday margin breaches, collateral optimization, and credit limit exceptions.
  • Partner with internal IT teams and technology partners to test and implement upgrades to the clearing infrastructure and integration with execution platforms.
  • Maintain and update internal documentation to reflect changing market regulations and internal policy shifts.
  • Provide first-line support delivering rapid resolution for operational queries, trade modifications and systems changes while ensuring all amendments remain within the firm’s established risk and regulatory parameters.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in trade support or middle-office operations, specifically within a self-clearing broker-dealer, FCM, clearing exchange or proprietary trading firm.
  • Series 7 certification is required. Series 3 certification is highly preferred.
  • Proficient understanding of the trade lifecycle, including execution, enrichment, clearing, and final settlement processes.
  • Experience working with clearing houses such as DTCC/NSCC, OCC, or CME Clearing.
  • Experience with industry-standard Order Management Systems, derivatives trading platforms and clearing systems.
  • Strong ability to perform complex cash and position reconciliations and resolve trade breaks in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Macro) and experience with manipulating large data sets for order extraction and trade reconciliation is highly preferred.
  • Proven familiarity with industry regulations and recordkeeping requirements (e.g., FINRA, SEC, CFTC, and specific exchange rules).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning or late evening shifts, to align with global market opens/closes and "follow the sun" hand-off protocols.
  • Degree in business, finance, economics, computer science, engineering or related field.
