** The Liquid Credit team is a critical function within Antares, responsible for all broadly syndicated loan (BSL) and bond trading and settlement activities. The Analyst role supports the Vice President, Liquid Credit Operations across CLO and BDC funds, with primary responsibility for trade settlement execution, cash and position reconciliations, documentation governance and KYC, third‑party vendor oversight, and position management within the system of record.
The role works closely with portfolio managers and supports trading across a broad range of syndicated loan products, ensuring timely and accurate trade processing, strong data integrity, and overall operational efficiency.
** Responsibilities
* ** Ensure accurate and timely updates of positions, cash flows, restructurings, and principal activity in the firm’s system of record, Trustee’s and OMS.
* Manage and actively clear reconciliation data differences between internal systems, custodians, fund administrators, and vendors.
* Partner with external service provider to monitor pending trades and proactively resolve trade issues and settlement delays.
* Oversee onboarding of new portfolios and KYC processes with agent banks.
* Partner with internal teams (Portfolio Managers, Traders, Technology, Risk, and Compliance) to maintain data integrity and operational controls.
** Qualifications
*
* Required:
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
* 2-5 years of experience in asset management operations with a focus on bank loan operations or directly supporting BSL trading.
* Experience using BSL platforms such as Clear Par, Lev Pro, WSO and knowledge of general market practices.
* You are highly proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Preferred:
* Exposure to distressed trade settlements, managing positions through complex amendments such as Co-Ops, TSA/RSA agreements, bankruptcies.
* Exposure to management of private equity positions recovered post-liquidation event.
* Familiarity with different account structures (CLO’s, SMA’s, BDC’s etc).

Collaborates closely with portfolio managers, traders, vendors, and internal operations partners to support daily trading, settlement, and reconciliation activities across CLO and BDC platforms.
* Responsibility:
Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability for trade settlement execution, reconciliations, and position management, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal controls and governance standards.
* Communication:
Communicates clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and external counter parties to resolve trade discrepancies, coordinate settlements, manage documentation, and support effective vendor oversight.
* Time Management:
Proven ability to manage complex workflows, prioritize competing deadlines, and operate with a high degree of independence.
* Analytical Thinking:
Applies strong analytical skills to review cash and position data, identify breaks or inconsistencies, and investigate root causes efficiently.

Actual base salary within the specified range is comprised of several components, including but not limited to applicant's skill, prior relevant experience, specific degrees and certifications, job responsibilities, market considerations and the location of the position.
** This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus (based on company, business unit and individual performance).
