Hyatt seeks a Quantitative Analyst to join the Hotel Performance Hub (HPH) - a new team driving insight-led performance across our global portfolio. In this role, you’ll analyze complex hotel, brand, and portfolio data to uncover trends, anomalies, and opportunities that improve revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency. The Role

As a Quantitative Analyst – Hotel Performance Hub (HPH), you will transform data into insight that powers decision-making and performance improvement across Hyatt’s global portfolio. Reporting to the Director, Insight Generation, you will conduct diagnostic and predictive analyses across financial, commercial, and operational metrics, working closely with data, finance, and field teams to ensure insights translate into action.

  • Conduct detailed analysis of hotel and brand-level performance to identify patterns, variances, and root causes.
  • Develop models and frameworks to measure the impact of key initiatives on revenue, profit, and guest outcomes.
