This is a full-time, on-site Actuary role located in Chicago, IL. The Actuary will be responsible for analyzing data to assess risks, developing financial models, and providing insights to support decision-making. Duties include conducting risk assessments, preparing reports, forecasting trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize business strategies. The Actuary will also assist with implementing solutions to financial challenges and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

• Strong analytical skills, expertise in data analysis, and proficiency in creating financial and risk models
• Experience with actuarial tools, statistical software, and advanced Excel functions
• Knowledge of life insurance, annuity products, and regulatory requirements
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide data-driven insights
• Effective communication and report-writing abilities
• Capability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Passing scores on actuarial exams;
  Associate or Fellowship designation in a recognized actuarial society is a strong plus
• Experience in the life or annuity space is preferred but not mandatory
