Vice President, Trade Performance & Client Analytics
The Vice President, Trade Performance & Client Analytics will lead Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) and trading insight across the Capital Markets business in the Americas.
Key Responsibilities- Develop trading insights across asset classes, with an initial focus on equities and fixed income.
- Identify opportunities to improve trading performance and client outcomes through data‑driven analysis.
- Support client and prospect meetings in partnership with Sales Trading, Execution Trading, and Relationship Management.
- Prepare client‑ready analysis, reporting, and presentation materials.
- Provide management reporting on TCA and trading activity, including key trends and performance insights.
- Own clients, reports, processes, or analytics deliverables from end to end.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
- Support the development of analytics capabilities, new data use cases, and cross‑sell opportunities across the business.
- Improve analytics processes and best practices to support scale and efficiency.
- Provide guidance and informal leadership within the analytics team.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Progress toward professional qualifications, such as CFA Level I or equivalent, is desirable, along with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Strong knowledge of Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA), best execution, and regulatory reporting across multiple asset classes, including equities, FX, and fixed income.
- Relevant experience in asset management, banking, brokerage, or financial services in a performance reporting, trading analytics, or data analytics role.
- Experience working closely with trading desks, sales trading, or portfolio management teams, particularly in equities.
- Ability to translate complex quantitative data into clear, commercially relevant insights for technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and engage senior internal and external partners.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and reasoning skills, with close attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook, with experience working with large datasets.
- Technical aptitude and an interest in data tools and coding, including SQL, are a strong advantage.
- Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Able to work effectively across regions and time zones.
Salary Range: $83, USD
