A self-directed online brokerage platform serving active and experienced investors, offering low-cost trading across U.S. and international markets, including stocks, ETFs, and options. The firm provides institutional-grade tools and broad global market access, built around proven research and quantitative strategies.

As part of its continued growth, the firm is seeking a Brokerage Manager to lead the expansion of its online platform and support a growing base of active stock and options traders.

Responsibilities:
Drive platform growth and profitability by developing and executing strategic initiatives to expand the active trader client base, increase engagement, and enhance revenue streams
Lead overall platform strategy, supervision, and regulatory oversight, ensuring full compliance with applicable FINRA and SEC requirements while maintaining strong risk controls and governance
Partner closely with research, marketing, technology, and operations teams to align product offerings, improve the client experience, and support go-to-market efforts
Shape the future direction of the firm by identifying new growth opportunities, enhancing platform capabilities, and contributing to long-term business planning and innovation initiatives

Requirements:
Series 7 and Series 24 licenses required, with the ability to serve as a registered principal and oversee broker-dealer supervisory functions
Proven experience managing or supporting an online trading platform serving individual or active traders, with a strong understanding of platform functionality, client behavior, and growth drivers
Deep knowledge of broker-dealer operations, including trade lifecycle, account management, and regulatory compliance, with familiarity across FINRA and SEC requirements
Prior experience as a trader or in a trading-focused environment strongly preferred, with a solid understanding of equities, options, and active trading strategies
Demonstrated ability to partner with or lead marketing initiatives, particularly in developing and positioning services tied to independent research, analytics, or quantitative trading tools
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives across multiple teams

Compensation includes a base salary in the range of $100,000 to $150,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors. The role is also eligible for a performance-based bonus, which may increase total compensation.
