** What we are looking for:*
* We're looking for professionals with hands-on experience in clearing and settlement systems, SWIFT, Fed Wire, payments core systems modernization (like ISO, Cloud native payment rails), treasury and cash management, and regulatory know-how. If you've spent 6-8 years or more in banking or consulting and want to be part of a team that's driving innovation and change, EY is the place for you.

* You will serve global clients and unlock your full potential in payments consulting.  You'll excel in high-value international payment systems making a difference in enabling real time straight through payments connectivity a reality. We're specifically seeking experts in large value, global cross-border payments who want to lead transformative projects and shape the future of payments.

** What you'll do:*
* + Lead projects end-to-end to solve real-world payment challenges, from wires and cross-border payments and emerging capabilities such as on chain correspondent banking.

+ Collaborate with diverse teams and clients, fostering innovation and inclusive work environments.

+ Build strong client relationships and deliver solutions that drive measurable impact.

+ Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing your knowledge and passion.

+ Stay ahead of industry trends and help shape EY's thought leadership in payments.

* What you bring:

* + 6-8 or more years of experience in payments, whether in banking or financial services consulting, with deep knowledge of clearing and settlement, SWIFT, Fed Wire, CHIPs, ACH, payments infrastructure, treasury and cash management.

+ Hands-on experience with regulatory requirements and payments modernization initiatives and change management.

+ A strong interest or experience in enabling global 24X7X365 payments capabilities.

+ Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

+ Proven leadership experience and project management skills.

+ Willingness to travel (up to 50%), both domestic and international.
