Role SummaryJoin Associated Bank as a Commercial Real Estate Closing Specialist, where you will lead the coordination of loan closings with strong due diligence. This role is central to delivering a smooth, accurate, and compliant closing experience for both clients and internal partners. You'll gain exposure to sophisticated CRE transactions and grow your expertise across lending, legal documentation, and operations.
Key Accountabilities- Lead end-to-end loan closings, including due diligence, documentation, settlement, and funding
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal loan policies
- Coordinate syndicated loan closings and manage communication with participating banks
- Manage borrower and deal team expectations, providing timely updates and issue resolution
- Oversee post-closing activities, ensuring documentation accuracy and clearing exceptions
- Maintain accurate loan data across systems and ensure file integrity
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Finance, or Accounting
. - 3+ years customer service experience in a professional office setting.
- 3+ years experience in commercial or CRE finance, legal documentation, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in loan administration
, including construction loan monitoring and/or loan closing. - 3+ years experience reviewing and analyzing credit and loan documents
. - 3+ years commercial real estate due diligence experience.

Pay range: $23.16 - $39.70 per hour.
