Reporting to the VP of Escrow, this position supports the successful execution of real estate closings by providing comprehensive administrative, operational, and customer service support to the closing and escrow teams. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely preparation, coordination and delivery of closing documentation while maintaining full compliance with company policies, lender requirements and applicable industry regulations. Additionally, this position collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather required closing information and assists in coordinating the tasks necessary to facilitate a smooth, efficient and positive closing experience for buyers, sellers, agents and lenders.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative, operational, and customer service support to closing and escrow teams
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation, coordination, and delivery of closing documentation
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, lender requirements, and applicable industry regulations
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather required closing information
  • Facilitate a smooth, efficient closing experience for buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders
Qualifications
  • High School diploma/GED required
  • 1+ years of experience in a title, escrow, mortgage, or real estate environment
  • Working knowledge of title commitments, title searches, closing disclosures, earnest money deposits, and standard closing documents
  • Familiarity with lender requirements and escrow processes
  • Experience with title production software preferred
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Solid decision-making abilities and sound judgment
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Client-focused with execution skills and results orientation
  • High level of precision and attention to detail

Compensation
  • Hourly range: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
  • Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
