** is hiring a Senior Associate/Vice President for its Capital Formation & Investor Relations team in Chicago, IL.

** Key Responsibilities
*** Business Development:*- Cultivate relationships to attract new fund investments
- Conduct prospective investor research and manage outreach campaigns
* Investor Communications:*- Review and update fundraising collateral including marketing presentations, DDQs, and quarterly investor reports
- Manage investor events, webinars, and communications channels
* Administration:*- Maintain investor databases and data rooms
- Coordinate with finance and legal teams on offering documentation
** Requirements**- 5–7 years of professional experience in private investment, private placement, or client-facing roles
- Superior communication skills with advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Chicago residency or willingness to relocate
- Legal work authorization in the United States (no sponsorship available)
