Hybrid RoleThis is a hybrid role (4 days in office / 1 day remote).
About Your TeamIntroducing Broker (iBroker) Master Account Specialists are responsible for processing and onboarding Introducing Broker clients. The role requires strong knowledge of company KYC requirements, business acumen, and the ability to communicate professionally with large sales representatives and institutional clients. iBroker specialists act as the first line of defense against external risk for the company.
Responsibilities- Review and assess application documents for KYC sufficiency.
- Collect documentation for compilation of the FINRA packet and review for accuracy.
- Assess a client’s application holistically to identify potential risk factors, including preliminary Google and negative news searches.
- Proactively work with members of New Accounts, Compliance, Sales or other departments to streamline the application process and minimize onboarding time.
- Identify areas for improvement in current onboarding processes and proactively propose solutions.
- Guide the application through the approval process involving Compliance, CAC, Legal and FINRA.
- Liaise between FINRA and IB on iBroker account applications with any questions during FINRA’s review.
- Monitor the NA iBroker inbox and act when required.
- Submit applicant packets into the FINRA gateway and cross‑reference the FINRA filing clearing the CAST task.
- Maintain open and closed account movement in the FINRA gateway.
- Collect weekly progress reports from other iBroker teams and compile into one report for senior management.
- Cross‑reference multiple databases ensuring that regulatory aspects of AML and KYC are completed prior to account opening if an EDD review is not triggered.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
- Understanding of BSA/AML, USA PATRIOT Act, and OFAC principles.
- High comfort and fluency with computers and technology and an understanding of how technology applies to business and regulatory problems.
- ACAMS, CFE, CFCS, Series 7, or other FINRA licenses or certifications is a plus.
- Knowledge/experience in Capital Markets, AML, KYC, or compliance.
- Knowledge/understanding of end‑to‑end KYC process is a plus.
- Self‑motivated and able to handle tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Outstanding organizational and time‑management skills.

This role’s anticipated base salary range is $70,000 to $90,000 annually based on skills and experience. The offered salary is just part of the total compensation package.
