I’m working with a top-tier, mission-driven insurance organization looking to hire a senior investment accounting leader to take full ownership of their investment accounting & cash strategy.
This is a high-visibility, enterprise role — you’ll sit at the intersection of accounting, investments, and strategy, with real influence on decision-making.
What you’ll own:
- End-to-end investment accounting + cash management
- STAT & GAAP reporting (accuracy, compliance, delivery)
- Oversight of outsourced providers
- Technical accounting leadership (insurance investments)
- Liquidity, forecasting, and investment strategy support
- Driving process improvements + strengthening controls
- Leading and building a high-performing team
What they need:
- CPA Qualified
- 10+ years in investment accounting (insurance strongly preferred)
- Deep STAT & GAAP expertise
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong technical + strategic mindset
- Workday Experience
Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote)
