Chief Financial Officer - Industrial Services, Exponential

Our client is a highly acquisitive industrial services enterprise scaling rapidly through aggressive acquisitive action combined with a relentless focus on customer satisfaction. As Chief Financial Officer, you will join a hard-driving executive team focused building out a finely tuned finance and accounting function built for speed and flexibility, and dedicated to quality support for the enterprise and customer experience.

Our client is seeking a strategically-focused executive with experienced M&A practice and a history of successfully driving cultural integration and transformation. You will have a history of building high performing finance and accounting teams, leading ambitious growth for enterprises in the industrial services, distribution and/or manufacturing sectors. Experience working with private equity sponsor firms is a significant asset and understanding the private equity cadence, culture and end goal focus.
