Lending Specialist III

Zing, in collaboration with a financial company, is actively looking for a detail-oriented Lending Specialist who excels in a fast-paced environment. In this position, you will act as the liaison and primary point of contact with internal and external teams.

• Shifts Available: between 8am to 5pm
• Manage deal flow pipeline with Relationship Managers and lead the interaction with internal downstream stakeholders to ensure timely closing
• Coordinate and review closing documentation and information with relevant stakeholders for due diligence, application processing, insurance
• Assist with the execution and process flow of the transaction, including escalation of issues and designing solutions that ensure risks are covered through adequate controls and protections
• Order necessary documents to complete the file and prepare supplemental documents when necessary
• Partner with relevant operations teams to ensure proper booking, accrual reconciliations, and daily cash positions.
• Ensure initial loan funding and ongoing life of loan activity
• Carefully review loan documents for closing to ensure accuracy

• High School Diploma
• Experience:
  
  5-7 years, preferably in banking or a related field
• Knowledge:
  • Highly proficient in all areas of customer service, organizational skill, data input, time management and handling multiple tasks simultaneously within a high volume
  • Knowledge of commercial real estate and C&I loan documentation
