This is a full‑time, on‑site Finance Manager position located in the Greater Chicago Area. The Finance Manager will manage all aspects of the dealership’s financial operations, providing financial guidance to customers, securing financing for vehicle purchases, preparing and reviewing finance documents, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The role also collaborates with sales teams to optimize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.

• Strong financial acumen, including experience in financing and loan structuring
• Knowledge of state and federal compliance regulations in the automotive or financial services industry
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Organizational and time‑management skills for managing multiple priorities effectively
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and dealership management systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in the automotive finance sector is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
