** Role Overview
** This Associate role supports all aspects of secondary transaction evaluation and execution.
** Key Responsibilities**- Evaluate LP-led and GP-led secondary opportunities
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative due diligence
- Build valuation and pricing models
- Prepare investment committee materials
- Monitor existing secondary positions
** Requirements**- Prior experience in private equity, investment banking, or related field
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
