Purpose
The Financial Analyst supports ongoing financial forecasting and planning, develops financial models for product development, portfolio, regulation, capital, and profitability analyses, and assists with actuals versus forecast comparisons.
Responsibilities- Assist with month‑end close and financial reporting, including monthly business/budget reviews, LBEs, and preparation of review packages with variance analysis and commentary on expenses, headcount, and capital.
- Assist with variance analysis and commentary for planning cycles and management reporting under guidance of the Manager.
- Provide accurate and timely financial planning and analysis deliverables to the direct Manager.
- Assist with financial support to functional business managers.
- Support Accounting Shared Service month‑end close and financial reporting processes by reviewing results for completeness and providing variance commentary, including P&L, headcount, and balance sheet components.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (preferred) and/or 4+ years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting.
- Strong communication skills and customer support orientation.
- Proficient Excel skills required; experience with TM1 and SAP preferred.
- The compensation range described below reflects the range of possible base pay that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role based on the job grade. Individual compensation within this range will depend on many factors, including geographic location; the range may be modified in the future.
