Assistant Controller
Salary: $130K–$150K + 10–15%
Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, 1–2 days onsite every other week; flexible. Minimum in-office requirements.

- Assist with acquisition accounting and onboarding of newly acquired locations
- Analyze financial results and provide insights to leadership and operational partners
- Partner cross‑functionally with finance and operations teams to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Help build scalable accounting infrastructure in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
- 7–10 years of accounting experience with a mix of public accounting and industry experience preferred
- Strong analytical and investigative mindset with hands‑on problem‑solving ability
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping build processes in an evolving environment
- Experience in high‑growth, multi‑entity, or private equity‑backed organizations preferred
- Strong communication and business partnering skills
