Assistant Controller

Salary: $130K–$150K + 10–15%

Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, 1–2 days onsite every other week; flexible. Minimum in-office requirements.

• Lead complex multi‑location accounting activities including revenue recognition, deferred revenue, and accounts‑receivable reconciliations
• Support and enhance the monthly close process, financial reporting, and executive reporting packages
• Drive accounting process improvements, policy development, and systems integration initiatives
• Assist with acquisition accounting and onboarding of newly acquired locations
• Analyze financial results and provide insights to leadership and operational partners
• Partner cross‑functionally with finance and operations teams to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency
• Help build scalable accounting infrastructure in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment

• 7–10 years of accounting experience with a mix of public accounting and industry experience preferred
• Strong analytical and investigative mindset with hands‑on problem‑solving ability
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and helping build processes in an evolving environment
• Experience in high‑growth, multi‑entity, or private equity‑backed organizations preferred
• Strong communication and business partnering skills
