Business Tax Senior Manager - M&A Partnership

• Lead complex business tax engagements and manage client relationships from planning through completion
• Advise clients on mergers & acquisitions, partnership allocations, and other business tax matters related to transactions and Private Equity activity
• Review complex partnership and entity tax returns while providing strategic tax advisory solutions
• Partner directly with firm leadership and Tax Directors on high‑level client engagements
• Mentor and develop junior staff while helping build a collaborative team environment
• Leverage technology and process improvements to drive efficiency internally and for clients
• Provide proactive client guidance with a solutions‑oriented mindset

• 6+ years of public accounting tax experience
• 2+ years of managerial or leadership experience preferred
• Strong background in business tax compliance and advisory services
• Experience with partnership allocations, M&A tax, and Private Equity transactions required
• Background coming from a PE‑focused firm or Top 25 public accounting environment preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Motivated, growth‑oriented, and collaborative personality

• Compensation ranging from approximately $180K–$225K+ depending on experience
