Job Description:

Crowe is expanding its global tax capabilities and is searching for a motivated International Tax Strategy Manager to join our Lead Tax Services team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with a skilled and dedicated team to deliver comprehensive international tax solutions for a diverse array of clients.

As the International Tax Strategy Manager, you will:
  • Research complex international tax matters and identify valuable planning opportunities.
  • Lead and coordinate tax services with Crowe Global member firms.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of international tax forms and disclosures.
  • Develop and present innovative tax planning strategies for multinational corporations to executives.
  • Facilitate the execution of International Tax projects, driving initiatives from inception to successful completion.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within tax delivery units and Crowe Global to elevate the client experience.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of professionals specializing in international taxation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required;
    Master's in Taxation or LLM preferred.
  • CPA or JD required.
  • 5+ years of previous public accounting tax experience.
  • Strong federal tax knowledge, including consolidated C corporation, partnership, and S corporation tax concerns, along with familiarity in mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.
  • Robust international tax expertise with experience in inbound and outbound foreign investment, including IC-DISC's, transfer pricing, foreign tax credits calculations, subpart F matters, and compliance reporting.
  • Exceptional organizational and management skills.

The salary range for this role acknowledges a variety of factors in the compensation decision-making process, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs. The current estimated range is $ - $ per year.
