Kaufman Hall Analyst Program, ROI Analyst

About the Role

As a Healthcare Finance Analyst you will work on complex financial analyses, model and tool development, and workflow processes. You will develop executive dashboards, lead meetings, and build client relationships while working independently and as part of a team supporting healthcare providers across the United States.

You will:

• Conduct detailed financial and economic analysis for large health systems and academic medical centers.
• Create financial models, dashboards, and tools to inform executive decision‑making.
• Lead project meetings and communicate findings clearly to senior leadership and clients.
• Maintain client relationships, understanding their unique needs and implementing data‑driven solutions.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues and cross‑functional teams to solve complex business problems.

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Healthcare Management/Administration.
• Strong financial, economic, analytical, and technical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clear, concise, and grammatically correct presentation.
• Demonstrated academic and extracurricular achievement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
