Treasury Management Advisor III
Responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients regarding their treasury management needs. Analyze client financial data, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions to optimize cash flow and mitigate risk.
Responsibilities- Develop new client relationships through bank partner introductions and direct self-sourcing.
- Retain identified clients by building strong relationships and reviewing client needs to strengthen revenue opportunities.
- Generate organic growth in deposits and fee income via thoughtful, solution-oriented direction to meet annual goals.
- Review, service and maintain client portfolio, including working capital analysis and other stakeholder collaboration.
- Review portfolio profitability; manage exception pricing and account structure to minimize non‑standard adjustments.
- Complete risk management reviews for ACH, Credit Card, and RDC Services.
- Introduce clients to other service lines.
- Attend all bank‑sourced training and instruction sessions relevant to treasury management.
- 5 years of treasury management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification.
- Experience with complex issues requiring in‑depth evaluations of variable factors.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Pay range: $94,000/year to $112,000/year.

Physical RequirementsFrequently lifts and carries up to 10 lbs. Ability to regularly travel within assigned market to meet with clients and internal partners. Ability to travel outside of market as needed.
