The fund takes a stage-agnostic investment approach focused on fintech and capital markets technology, maintaining a portfolio of 35 companies with a strong value-add thesis through capital, client relationships, and industry expertise.

* Key Responsibilities:

**- Manage deal pipelines and source new investment opportunities
- Create investment presentations, memos, and pitch decks for the investment committee
- Conduct DCF and comparable company valuations
- Evaluate term sheets and support transaction structuring
- Support portfolio management on strategy and M&A matters
- Monitor investments through regular valuations and performance tracking
- Conduct industry research on fintech and capital markets

* Required Qualifications:

**- 1–4 years of experience in venture capital, growth equity, or private equity
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
- Excel proficiency and valuation modeling expertise
- Strong attention to detail, fintech interest, and self-motivation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
** Preferred:
** Investment banking, consulting, or corporate strategy background
